From July 9 to 10, 2020, five experts from the inspection team of china quality mark certification group(Fangyuan certification Group) conducted a two-day supervision and inspection of the company's "Quality Management System and Environmental Management System" and the "Occupational Health and Safety Management System" version changing certification. Winner Group successfully passed the review of the expert group.

At the first meeting, General Manager Wang Simin expressed his gratitude to the visited experts. He also requested all the company departments to make full use of the opportunity of this three management system supervision and certification, carry forward the Winner Spirit, read the original works, learn the original text, and understand the principles. All departments shall attach much importance to the quality, environment, and occupational health and safety management system on Winner Group, and make further efforts to improve department work.

The inspection team conducted a sample inspection of the operation of the company's management system through face-to-face communication with representatives of the related department, access to documents and records, and on-site inspections. The experts fully understand the operation of the company’s management system and the development of various tasks. During the inspection, all departments actively cooperated and carefully recorded and actively improved the suggestions made by the experts.

At the final meeting of the HSE management system inspection, the experts highly appraised the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the company’s “three systems” in terms of management guidline, goal achievement, resources allocation and system continuous operation. The team also provided comments and suggestions on the company’s environmental factors and hazards source identification. They concluded that Winner Group “three systems” management is consistent, appropriate and effective, embodies the continuous improvement management philosophy, and can ensure the realization of management policies and goals. After timely rectification of the problems raised, the quality, environment, and occupational health and safety management system will be operating effectively and the certification registration is maintained.

Finally, General Manager Wang Simin thanks the inspection team for its intensive and efficient work in two days. The company will take seriously the issues raised by the team and make timely corrections. This sampling inspection quality system did not issue unqualified items for the first time. Although the sampling may be biased, it was still highly effective. The company is relatively lacking special knowledge of environmental and occupational health and safety management system certification, so further learning should be strengthened. Don't confuse the goals and paths in the system. For example, quality goals are manufacturing goals, not inspection goals, and inspection goals are testing timeliness and effectiveness. General Manager said, We can actively promote the continuous and effective operation of the company's three management systems, as long as everyone work hard and professionally, constantly sum up experience, truly understand the standards, avoid problem, formulate corresponding effective rectification measures and implementation plans timely, and improve the HSE management system.
