Light linear vibrating screen is mainly used for powder or granuliform materials.It is widely used in plastic industry, grinding material, chemical, medicine, building material, chemical fertilizer industry, etc. It adopts angular adjustable exciter and can be designed for single or multi-layer structure according to requirements. The deck base generally is wood structure; it can also adopts stainless steel structure for caustic materials.

The screen deck commonly is stainless steel or manganese steel wire mesh; the perforated plate is also used in particular cases. The light linear vibrating screen has the comprehensive advantages of small volume, simple structure, easy installation, easy maintenance, low noise, less power consumption, high screening efficiency and low cost. The smallest particle size can be processed is 200 mesh or 0.074mm.
